Up for Debate: Carr wants to block feds

Friday, January 18, 2013 at 12:36am

What do you think about state Rep. Joe Carr's bill that would block federal agents from enforcing U.S. gun laws in Tennessee? Does it have a shot at passing — or standing up in court?

He is there legally, you idiot. Everyone else understand that except for the few idiots such as yourself. He was vetted when he was a Senator, for crying out loud. The fact that you don't have the IQ to comprehend what you read and wrap what's left of your brain around it does not me he is a "usurper." The proof is out there. You can misunderstand it all you want - that doesn't affect his eligibility.

LONER.........I have watched in bewilderment at 8 members of this board continue month after month after month to have dialog with a person called YOGI over one position statement.

You should pay more attention to me and not that old fool.

Bfra......It is in your intellectual best interest to believe whatever you wish. It is called mental masturbation and a soothing lotion for the warped station in life that you occupy.

I have mastered this ability to new heights. As a matter of fact I am doing it now.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 10:20

lol, Nemo. TGIF!

By: pswindle on 1/18/13 at 10:22

Is Carr more powerful that President Obama? I'm sure that the Tea Party Legislative Branch and Haslam will go along with whatever Carr tries to do.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 10:30

TGIF to you too, Blanket.

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 10:31

Oh, and by the way, B2, I have checked Wayne Root out and he doesn't think Obama is a fool in his takeover of this nation. If you're ready for a dictator, hang in there with him. He began ignoring our constitution the day he went in office.

I'm still wondering what you dumbolcraps think of a man who refused to honor our flag and national anthem until he was nominated for the office. And what did you think of his beloved wife who said she hated the USA until he was elected?

And what did she mean when she stated they had to take shots before they could go through Africa to visit his "homeland" of Kenya?

Is that birth certificate from Kenya a fake like the one from Hawaii he finally was allowed to show? Can you explain why the governor from Hawaii can't find Barry's birth certificate in the states health department?

Still just wondering, B2. Any answers except look it up yourself? Well, I've looked everywhere I could concede and I'll be damned if I can find any.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 10:36

Just say shut up you old fool and don’t read any more of his crap today. After all it is TGIF.

You're right, Nemo.

All of BS has been debunked - every last bit of it. So.....Shut up, yogi.

There, much better!

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 10:41

I've read his essay, B2. I've also read his autobiography; have you? Maybe you should.

Can you explain why Alvin Onaka of the Hawaii Health department confirmed Obama's birth certificate is not legally valid? Was he lying?

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 10:45

yogi on his farm.

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 10:46

Believe me, dumba$$, you don't irritate me with your ignorance. I just consider the source and lack of intelligence in your comments and ignore them.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 10:48

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 10:53

Was he vetted for the Senate, B2? Let's say he was, then why hasn't that knowledge passed on to the public?

I presume you do know he didn't need to be a natural born citizen to hold the Senate office but there is certain qualifications need to become president.

Why has all of this "information" been kept so secret? Was he lying when he said he was born in Kenya? What law made him a natural born citizen when/if he became a naturalized citizen from Indonesia?

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 10:56

Piff it when up in smoke!

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 11:01

Is that you in that picture, B2? I must say you've got an ugly a$$. My pigs won't even get near you.

LOL Blanket. I did not see him in that picture. He must have been on hands and knees getting laid.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 11:09

For Republicans, Just Doing the Math is Frightening

The GOP's strength is older white voters. But to win elections, it needs to appeal to youth and minorities.

I like to think of it as appealing to the "pre-dead."

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 11:11

Nemo, you know how he's always commenting on gdiafante's ass and how he loves the farm animals.....

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 11:29

Blanket I can’t see the GOP surviving as long as the Neo-Cons and Tea Bags have a hold on the Party. The Party tried to appease so many groups of diversities ideologies at once that now they have become a fractured group of stumbling buffoons. They scarified the Party Principles to gain power by encompassing so many single minded groups, that now they have lost control.

This is bad, because the GOP was a good balancing operation for a good government. Now they have the likes of yogi and the Princess Rasputin lead the Republicans off the edge, to oblivion.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 11:30

He is a sick troll. LOL

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 11:37

True on both counts, Nemo.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 11:40

Guns were not around in the days of the bible, but that isn’t stopping one California assemblyman from making the assertion that firearms are “essential to living the way God intended.”

These idiots are certifiably nuts.

President Reagan raised the debt ceiling the more times than any other President since 1960. He raised it 18 times, for a 67% increase.

Watch Bloomberg’s Hans Nichols breaks down the numbers that make up the debt ceiling and looks at how many times it has been raised through the years. He speaks on Bloomberg Television’s “Market Makers”:

President Obama “doesn’t even compare” to Reagan’s record, he has raised the debt ceiling 6 times, for a 31% increase.

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 11:46

It looks like that little incident was "up North", B2. Only Yankees would make such a dumb blunder. And with that man's experience? Just wondering; what did he learn from his experience? Better, yet, what did he teach the young people about handling guns as an instructor?

We wouldn't do it that way here in the South.

As of Wednesday, 1013 people in the United States have died from guns since the Newtown, CT shootings, including 15 children.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 12:05

HAZARD, Ky. (AP) — A gunman enraged by a domestic dispute bought a gun and fatally shot his former girlfriend, her uncle and her cousin in the parking lot of a small southeastern Kentucky college, police said Wednesday.

A semiautomatic pistol that was found at the scene and believed to have been used in the shooting was purchased the same day at a local pawn shop, Allen said.

Guns don’t kill on there own. They have to have a person to pull the trigger.

Average Moron-

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 12:29

Such things happen every day, B2. But what you don't hear about is when killers are stopped by someone with a gun. You know, like a law abiding citizen?

By: bfra on 1/18/13 at 12:43

Blanket - I saw yogi in the picture & looked like Raspy with his snout up yogi's ass. Yogi's mind stays in that vicinity, one way or another.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 12:46

Blanket, I suppose that Stidham was a law abiding man until he pulled the trigger and then became a none law abiding citizen.

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 12:51

You ladies (as I use the term loosely) want to 'hear' another joke about the brilliant "leaders" of this nation? I seems like Gov. Coumo (after his ranting and raging on the gun issue and got his desired gun bill passed in NY failed to exempt the police from his bill.

So now the police can't carry a gun anywhere it is against the law for a citizen to carry one.

Wonder if we could get Gov Haslim to pass a twin to that law in Tennessee. The criminals could then carry weapons as legally as we common citizens and police officers.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 1/18/13 at 12:52

That's probably accurate, bfra.

I suppose so too, Nemo. But then, "such things happen every day." What a dumbass statement.

If knives, cars and hammers kill people then why does anyone need a gun anyway?

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 12:59

A man is alive, unless he is dead.

Average Moron

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 1:23

Because they want one, B2. You can stop someone intending to kill you from a distance with a gun, B2. You don't have to wait until they get within arms length.

But then, maybe you're like that baboon you're 'sounding like' and want them to get within your arm's length. So you can stop them or hug them as they're beating the hell out of you?

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 1:29

If I waited to know if that man was a going to shoot me, before I shot him first then I would be dead. Instead it is better to shoot for first then lie like hell to get out of jail.

Innocent Law Abiding Citizen-

By: yogiman on 1/18/13 at 2:35

A smart man would know a man was going to shoot him if he had someone standing in front of him with a gun pointed at him with his finger on the trigger... don't ya think, dumba$$?

Oh, I'm sorry, a I forgot what the thoughts would be if you was the one being pointed at.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 3:40

It is a good thing I ain't a smart man.

All that is required to bring this country upright is a simple change in the voting laws.

Everyone from 18 to 25 should be allowed to vote without paying any federal income tax.
Everyone 65 and oldet should be allowed to vote without paying any federal income tax

Everyone else he or she should have to show proof that they paid a federal income tax before they are allowed to vote.

This would return this country very quickly into a country of productive citizens.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/18/13 at 4:21
