So Romney is supporting Latinos, gdiafante? Who is Obama supporting? The last I heard he was supporting he illegal aliens in our nation (intending to give them citizenship), he's supporting the black Americans for their vote... you name it and if he thinks he can get their vote, he'll support them.

So name one politician that won't.

Not reported about Libya killings: Widely reported
that 2 Navy Seals were killed protecting the Ambassador,
Turns out to be very different story. Two Ex-Navy Seals that
weren't even assigned to protect the Ambassador jumped
in to help protect him and were killed.

So, you're upset at the semantics...that they didn't say they were not assigned to protect? How freaking anal is that?

Tell me, when, and why, did Obama show his birth certificate on the internet before he started running for office?

bra: I usually don't have the time to argue on this or any other site.
especially with know it all's which would be a waste of time anyway.
What I stated in that last posting will be well known soon or now if
you wish to look and disavow any part of same.

Here's a little food for thought:

Most of the democratic countries of the world did not choose socialism. Instead democracy allowed a compromise to be reached. Capitalists would continue to own the means of production, the factories and stores and ships, however in exchange they had to accept a series of laws that forced them to pay more for workers than the free market dictated. Minimum wage laws put a floor on what could be paid. Unionization gave the workers leverage to secure higher wages. Child labor laws reduced the pool of potential workers. The forty-hour work-week increased the number of workers needed to operate the machines. All combined to increase wages, putting more money into the hands of workers while also reducing the amount of time they worked.

Putting more money in the hands of workers helped transform our economy and our society – redistribution of wealth helped create consumer capitalism. Workers had the money to buy things and the time to enjoy life. Capitalism responded by creating hundreds, even thousands of things for them to buy with this newfound prosperity. Washing machines and vacuum cleaners were invented and produced to lessen the drudgery of housework. Radios were produced to entertain and inform people. Vacation destinations for workers taking advantage of holidays were created.

Consumer capitalism eventually answered one of the most basic questions of industrialism – could it create enough jobs to keep most of the country employed. There were more things to make, which meant more jobs, which meant more competition for workers, which meant higher wages. Redistribution of wealth helped create a spiral of growth, providing the jobs that allowed tens of millions of Americans to move into the middle class.

The compromise worked for a long time – the rich got richer and the poor got to join the middle class. Unfortunately the compromise has been undermined in any number of different ways, and even the idea of a compromise now seems to have become tainted. Strengthening the compromise by itself won’t make the jobs come back, but it needs to be part of the conversation on the direction of our country. The country we have today is in part a result of redistribution of wealth. We shouldn’t pretend otherwise.

Blanket - You probably know, but that click was not directed at your comment. :-)

Yep frodo,

It's click and run if you don't want to learn anything you don't already know

And bfra,

How about you and your(i)n give the facts when you post on this site?

Candy @$$ investigation with lackey underlings taking the fall.

What did Holder know and when did he know it... and further what does he have on Obama that Obama went to all the trouble not to just throw Holder under the bus with the others to protect himself?

By: gdiafante on 9/20/12 at 8:17

That was for Ben. A conspiracy is a conspiracy is a conspiracy.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 8:17

The Israelis just assassinated three more Palestinians in Gaza...using Made-in-USA weaponry to do the dirty deed...the men targeted were suspected of terror-related activity...in a police state, that's enough to get you snuffed by the government...this is the direction that our own nation is going...apparently we do share core values with the scofflaw Zionists....shoot first....answer no questions later.

Still, Americans wonder why we are so hated across the globe....it's simple, really, people recognize and loath hypocrisy....and the US and Israel are the world's top hypocrites....nobody else is close.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 8:17

I totally understood that, bfra. :)

By: BenDover on 9/20/12 at 8:20

The big news is that the embarrassing Gunwalker story where two federal border patrol agents and hundreds of Mexican citizens died is buried while we're on day 4 of top headlines on an out of context comment by Romney during a fundraiser.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 8:26

As expected all of those that predicted a different out come to this, are defending their disconnect prediction. The Old Fool, who can’t get history right, thinks he can see the future better.

Obama had his Birth Cert "on-line" in 2007.
It was in 3-D, long form, top to bottom, back and forth.
After he won the election in 2008, took office in Jan. 2009, "Birthers" sprang up in February, and demanded to see "his papers".
The paint in the Oval Office hadn't dryed yet and the carpet layers were still ripping out the shit GW Bush installed.
No other elected President had been asked to see his Birth Cert.,college transcripts, car loans, student loans, mortgage, reverse mortage, credit card limits, and to see forensically, the size of their johnsons.
Obama knows he's black. He doen't want to set a precedent by cowtowing to sub-standard, mentally challenged, individuals..
You morons who hound the true American success story should all move to Detroit.
If I were President, I'd just come out and say it, "Go F*** yourselves!"

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 8:27

Ben articulates the sore loser's take on the Fast & Furious investigation....thinks there is a conspiracy here....even blackmail.....this is the end of civilization as we know it?

"Git a ROPE!!! ", the seething Obama-haters are screaming.....they wanted blood.....they are disappointed and howling mad....they are part of the 53% that Willard & Wieners are trying to woo....the negro-hating gun nuts.

If and when BHO trounces Willard in the elections, some nut job(s) will probably try to kill our president...Israel will not tolerate four more years of Obama....the assassination-loving Israelis will get some dupe to do the job....JFK style....or maybe there will be a "mechanical failure" in the Presidential chopper...or Air Force One....the Mossad knows how to make it look like an accident, if they so choose.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 8:30

Here is another fringe nut ball that see the future, that has no connection to reality

By: parnell3rd on 9/20/12 at 7:16
FYI Holder will not do any jail time because his President will pardon him. Just like good old Ford did for Nixon.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 8:32

If that prediction won’t “Holder” up, then this one will.

By: parnell3rd on 9/20/12 at 7:25
He will need a pardon when all the info comes out, he's guilty and Like his buddies, a liar.

By: BenDover on 9/20/12 at 8:33

Nobody died when the plumbers stole the Democrat's little black book of prostitutes from the Watergate, loner.

I think the country deserves and investigation not another hush-hush... nothing to see here... move along.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 8:38

p3 must be a spawned of the troll monkey; they post and run a like.

By: parnell3rd on 9/20/12 at 8:06
Remember, according to "liberal rules" if in any way you disagree with Mitt Romney, your a racist!
I'm out, more coffee and time for work!
Yall have a great day, ya hear!!!

By: Ummm... on 9/20/12 at 8:40

Little Bennie thinks Romney's 47% comment is being taken "out of context." Maybe he'll be so kind as to give us the full context of the comment that ameliorates its condescension and classism. (Which, of course, he cannot do, since the "context" is all bad anyway.)

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 8:45

Eager to shoot down President Obama’s legislative agenda just weeks before the election, Senate Republicans on Wednesday blocked a measure that would have provided $1 billion over five years to help veterans find work in their communities.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 8:46

Republicans do not care about the American people. They only care about power.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 8:47

Well, Ben, your boys, Willard & Wieners, can re-open the case and renew the witch hunt, once they seize power....maybe the USSC will again pull the GOP's fat out of the fire, as in 2000, and anoint Bishop Romney as POTUS.....that's your only hope, Ben....that or an assassin's bullet...or more murderous Mossad mischief....write to Bibi and make your case for Israeli intervention....you guys are down to hoping for a Lee Harvey Oswald to enter the stage....good luck with that.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 8:48

No veteran who fought for our nation should have to fight for a job at home, but Republicans in Washington are blocking a common sense plan to create the Veterans Jobs Corps and put tens of thousands of veterans back to work.

Working with Democrats and Republicans in Congress, the Obama Administration has already made real progress to help veterans find jobs. We passed tax credits to encourage employers to hire veterans and released new tools to connect veterans with employers. And thanks to the First Lady and Dr. Biden’s Joining Forces Initiative, more than 2,000 businesses have hired or trained more than 125,000 veterans and military spouses in the past year. But we can do more and Senate Republicans should not block legislation that includes many of their ideas and stand between veterans and good jobs protecting and preserving America.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 8:48

If you can’t prove it with facts, then you make it a conspiracy. Another tool the GOP uses.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 8:49

Instead of helping them find work, they throw them in with the despised "47%" and ridicule them. So not what we should be as Americans! If you love the troops, you should be appalled.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 8:50

By: BenDover on 9/20/12 at 9:33
Nobody died when the plumbers stole the Democrat's little black book of prostitutes from the Watergate, loner.

No but faith in the US government sure has Hell went out the window.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 8:52

Ben, Bush lied, thousands died.....and the A-hole got away with murder.....he's still chuckling as he clears brush on his ranch.....and fat cat, Dick Cheney, Mister Nine Lives, is still shooting his mouth off....as he drinks the blood of young virgins, to stay alive.

By: Ummm... on 9/20/12 at 8:53

Blanket, the Teapublicans in the Senate have been using the threat of filibuster to block legislation since Obama's term began. They have no qualms about hurting veterans or hurting the country in any way, as long as they think it will also hurt Obama politically- what a great group of "statesmen."

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 8:54

Indeed, Ummm. Throw the constituents under the bus and pander to the racists, large corporations, the billionaires and the bigots.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 8:57

Blanket, Congress wants our highly paid soldiers and mercenaries to remain in the killing business....they do not want them to re-enter civilian life.....hence the recent GOP action to kill the jobs-for-vets bill...the Congress wants those trained guys to go back into the military...there's a lot of hard work yet to do....Holy Wars Suck.

By: dargent7 on 9/20/12 at 8:58

The Birthers, Teapublicans, Townies sprang up in Feb. of 2009, less than one month after Obama was Inagurated, Jan. 20th.
"Let's see his papers!" F you.
Like locus, they were on a feeding frenzy.
I just hope Obama wins this Nov. if only to wipe that silly smirk of of Mittens face.
He, and his whole faux family can go back to whatever Mormons go back to.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 9:00

I wonder, how many soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines are included in the 47% that Romney has written off.....are these folks also considered to be lazy and dependent moochers?

By: slacker on 9/20/12 at 9:02

Loner, Dick Cheney is being rebuilt.. part by part. The guy is gonna live to be a thousand.
He's getting new legs next week. Dickie's planning on entering the summer olympics.. wants a gold medal in the 100 yard dash.

By: bfra on 9/20/12 at 9:03

I want to see Ben's response to UMMM's 9:40 comment. That will probably never happen.

By: bfra on 9/20/12 at 9:05

When I went dove hunting, Sept. 1st, I ask if anyone there was kin to Dick Chaney, before we got started. Thankfully not!

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 9:06

Employers are holding back on hiring, hoping that Mitt wins in November....they will try to make Mitt look good...but, if BHO is re-elected, these same employers will hunker down for four more years, as they move their operations off-shore or simply go out of business...to make BHO look bad.

And the GOP will double down on its policy of intransigence, stone-walling and sniping...if Obama wins. As Romney explained, it's all about winning the election, not governance.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 9:13

I heard that too, Slack....they claim that Dick is getting a new dick too....he damn near wore it out during the Vietnam War...he got one of those "father" exemptions from the local draft board....he was making love, not war....now, his draft-dodging proboscis is in need of re[placement.....a full genital transplant will be next....after that, a full scalp replacement, of course......the rebuilt Dick will back on the disco dance floor in a couple of months....he's mainlining Red Bull.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 9:18

I’ll be back.

Dick Cheney-

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 9:19

I must be really good today, because I did all of this with out my glasses and coffee.

By: pswindle on 9/20/12 at 9:22

All of this started in Bush's term, but they feel the need to blame someone. The GOP will not accept anything that clears President Obama or anyone in his administration. The GOP has enough problems with Mitt and his 47%.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 9:22

...and he's gonna make our day, Nemo.....Clint Eastwood style....."Go ahead, punk......"

If Romney gets in, John Bolton will be our Sec of State and the neocons will do their best to induce and expedite Armageddon.....just doin' the Lord's work, of course.
