Loner.. so true. Dickie is now listening to old Bobby Rydell tunes, whilst doing the ''Twist.'' You can't keep a good Dick down.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 9:27

When the GOP screws up, they blame it on someone else, or shine the spotlight on something else.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 9:30

Slack....Hopefully, Dick's new dick came from a gay dude...that way Cheney can sodomize himself.....if Dick did not feel the need to screw others, it might mean world peace at last.

By: slacker on 9/20/12 at 9:37

Dick may have a liberal heart now, and start spreading some kum-by--yah.
He might show up at your retreat next summer Loner, wearing some groovy bell bottoms.

My dear Friend John Bolton will back hand Hillary on her way out and
then slap Bibi on his way in. He's a guy who will truly make your day.

By: slacker on 9/20/12 at 9:41

skeptic, Bolton's mustache, is a direct descendent of Chuck Norris's stache.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 9:47

slacker that is a picture that I will refuse to think of…..gross.

By: BenDover on 9/20/12 at 9:50

Back to the Nixon theme...

By: slacker on 9/20/12 at 9:53

Nemo.. Chuck Norris cleans his mustache once a year, in the Nevada desert, using a nuclear explosion.

By: bfra on 9/20/12 at 9:59

Ben - If the repubs, teabaggers& right wing nuts, would quit making excuses and try to deal with the problems, maybe they wouldn't be so far down on the totem pole. Now it is time for TARP, TARP, TARP & other excuses.

Little Bennie's link asserts that there are 1 or 2 minutes missing from the taped remarks.

The bottom line for Little Bennie's link is this statement: "It is impossible for us to know if Romney said something which changed or put the remarks in context. Romney doesn’t remember the event except for what exists on audio/video. Maybe in the fullness of the answer, the answer was less “inelegant” than it appears. Maybe Romney put some of the context on it that we have heard in his interviews the past two days."

That's the defense for these politically catastrophic remarks??? That's the best you can do in claiming these offensive statements were 'taken out of context???"

Could it be any weaker?

More 47% parasite slackers:

Boeing has not paid income taxes since 2001.
Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Verizon have also not paid income taxes in some of the past few years.

We're waiting to hear Willard critize them......

But Kosh, by gosh you are being mean to Bank of America. After all they did the world a favor - they loaned money for houses to undocument people and helped them get into home they could not afford and subsequently bailed out on and caused some of the current problems we now have. I think that was part of the housing bust. Give BOA a break, will ya?

Truthfully, I hate BoA; and Verizon and Wells (aka) Hells Fargo.

By the way, how many of you posters here ask the question when getting ready to file your income taxes: "Gee, how can I work my taxes to the government's advantage and pay higher taxes for the greater good?"

NOT ANY OF YOU. You are ALL looking for the loophole or tax break so you can pay LESS. And if you don't then you're either stupid or dumb (or both).

I keep every receipt, write down every penny and then scrunch all the numbers till Lincoln screams. AND HOW MANY OF YOU GET PAID CASH UNDER THE TABLE AND CLAIM IT? LOL I thought so. CASH? Ya'll all consider that a bonus and HIDE IT. BE HONEST and confess!

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 10:19

Another tool in the GOP arsenal is to confuse the situation if caught with your pants down, make it look as if something is missing.

Face it Ben, Romney is a businessman and is use to running a dictatorship and not a democracy. He was a poor candidate, because he has never had to be a team player. I suppose that is why he is so appealing to you and the GOP.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 10:22

Speaking of confused; the cow spins her tail to shoo away the flies from the truth.

By: budlight on 9/20/12 at 10:26

Capt. Nemo Obama has never held a real job. He is a dictator. Czar's work for dictators. And Obama is a ME, ME, ME guy. Hmmmm. $40,000 a person fundraiser with Bounce' and J-Z giving each attendee an $800 bottle of champaigne.

Did you attend that function with that gross J-Z person who raps nasty songs? Does Obama let his precious little innocent girls listen to J-Z's trash talk? Probably.

$800 bottles of champaigne! Yeah, Obama is really "relating" to the working class. I'm having a cookout this weekend and we are serving each person some of that.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 10:27

Now the cow speakes from experience of cheating the government out money. This must be true because she put it all in CAPS.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 10:29

bud have you had a real job and not one that pays in cash?

By: bfra on 9/20/12 at 10:52

Nemo - Bud probably never heard, 2 wrongs don't make a right. If Romney has or is cheating on his taxes, what someone else does not negate his crime.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 10:57

bfra, I suppose that Romney is not included in bud’s equation.

Details on Romney's Friday fundraiser released

Guests are asked to donate from $2,500 each to $25,000 for a private meeting with Romney, an insider said Thursday. There's also a $10,000 VIP donation level and photo opportunities with Romney, which is standard for big money events. The last time Romney attended a fundraiser in Reno, it netted $1 million.

By: bfra on 9/20/12 at 11:02

I wouldn't have my picture made with him if he was standing on my front lawn! I don't like hypocrits.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 11:02

She is not very rational when she is wrong and angry that she is wrong. It only gives me more confidence that Romney and the people that pursue me are losing.

By: gdiafante on 9/20/12 at 11:43

Well, Mittens himself said it wasn't elegant...Ryan said it could have been articulated better...but let's (again) blame the media...

It's a mental disorder, I'm telling you...

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 12:10

Sometimes I think that the conservatives are right about these ridiculous jury awards to "victims". Check this out:

A federal jury in Denver on Wednesday awarded $7.3 million in damages to a man diagnosed with "popcorn lung" - the scarring of airways blamed on fumes from artificial flavorings in popcorn.

Wayne Watson, a furniture salesman from the Denver suburb Centennial, contracted the disease after eating two or three bags of microwave popcorn each day for a decade.

The defendants in the case were popcorn maker Glister-Mary Lee, the grocery company Kroger and its subsidiary Dillon Cos.

Mayor Bloomberg will soon be banning popcorn in NYC?

OK...2.5 bags of popcorn per day means that this guy consumed over 900 bags of popcorn every year..that's over 9,000 bags of popcorn in a decade....and now he's a multimillionaire, as a result of his self-inflicted injuries. What a country!

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 12:18

9,000 bags of popcorn means that a lot of "roughage" went through the victim's intestinal tract.....the guy's bung hole must have callouses....the grim result of too much poop corn.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 12:28

Some of the boss rats are now jumping ship, as the SS Romney takes on more water and starts to list to starboard:

"WASHINGTON - Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty has resigned as a national co-chairman of Republican Mitt Romney's presidential campaign to lobby for Wall Street."

This should remove any doubt as to who calls the tunes in the Romney camp....Wall Street.

Mitt's former campaign co chair is one of the first big rodents to abandon the gaff-prone candidate....he's going to work for Wall Street directly, instead of indirectly, within the administration, as previously planned.

Wall Street fat cats and war-hungry neocons comprise the core of Mitt's inner-circle of advisers...we tried that with the Bush family.....we are still paying the price.

Obama sucks...but Willard blows.

By: gdiafante on 9/20/12 at 12:29

Obama sucks...but Willard blows.

That's a good argument for voting Republican...so we can go from suck to blow...

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 12:36

This what happens when the GOP lets rat into the party. They let the neoconservatives first in and now the teabags has dragged the party farther down.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 12:42

When Bolton bolts, we can play ,"Taps", for Willard & Wieners.....you can only fool all of the people some of the time.

Romney's only hope lies with his old buddy, Bibi...a sneak attack on Iran or a snuff job on the POTUS could be coming....Netanyahu makes no secret of his contempt for our president....the Israelis will not sit back idly. for another 4 years of Obama......they feel an existential threat...just like they did in 1963....AIPAC is probably feeling Biden out on the snuff scheme right now....plausible deniability being the key element here....Biden don't wanna know nuthin'.....LBJ style.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 12:47

Suck....blow....suck....blow....the Ying and Yang of US politics....the ratio of the fellatio...both major parties have evidence on their chins....it's how they do business in Washington.

By: yogiman on 9/20/12 at 1:49

I'll have to admit, you're quite articulate to talk about things you no nothing about. You think you know everyone's feelings about Barry Soetoro. Sadly, you and you fellow posters know nothing about the man yourselves or what the others are actually thinking.

How about leaving this racist crap in your closet and get down to the facts as to who in the hell this guy is.

You apparently don't have enough intelligence to know he would readily identify himself if he was in that office legally instead of spending millions to keep his identity under lock and key.

dargent7 makes comments about the presidents before him not having to show they birth certificate. Let me make this comment: Every president before him was known in the USA for many years of their lives before they ran for office. So why was so many people surprised when a man very few people had ever heard of entered the race? And why did congress not raise a question on him; either party/?

You obviously don't know the responsibility of the person in that office or you would want to know who in the hell the guy is that was put in there. But you don't. All you knew about him is he entered the race as a Democrat.

And it apparently means nothing to "y'all" he showed nothing but disrespect for our flag and our national anthem.

Hep um, Lord, for they know not.

Other than that, just who in the hell is he?

You "children" are showing your gentlemanly attitudes with the vulgar language you're using on this site. You old children should know there's are ladies and young children on this site. Watch your language, boys.

So you prefer egotistical, incipient, pompous a$$es, huh, bfra? You must love you man Barry.

By: yogiman on 9/20/12 at 2:35

If Wall Street is calling Romney's tunes, whose calling Obama's? He sure isn't calling his own. Hell, he ain't no smarter then you.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 2:37

Mr. Romney and Mr. Ryan are using “redistribution” as shorthand to suggest that Mr. Obama’s principal goal is to soak the rich so that money will keep flowing for social-program handouts to the lazy and undeserving. (Judging from the recently uncovered video of his May fund-raiser, Mr. Romney thinks these programs are just a cunning way to create and preserve Democratic voters.) In reality, Mr. Obama merely wants to raise taxes on the rich to the same level they were before President George W. Bush cut them.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 2:39

“We believe in free people and free enterprise, not redistribution,” Mr. Romney said Tuesday on Fox News. What's he's doing is painting the two as opposites; it's a kind of class warfare. In truth, they have co-existed in our nation for as long as anyone alive remembers. George Romney receiving govt. aid the first few years after arriving in the U.S. from Mexico is a case in point. We "redistributed" to him in his time of need, so as to "give him a shot" to achieve his potential in the free enterprise system -- which he did. If the govt. hadn't helped him in his time of need, he wouldn't have become who he was, and we might not have ever heard of a guy named Mitt Romney. Which doesn't sound so bad, I guess.

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 2:54

Blanket, Romney has framed the debate as a class warfare issue. And that's just how Obama's team should play it....the rich oppressing the poor....Obama is Robin Hood....Romney is the Sheriff of Nuttingham....trying to collect taxes from the "free-loading" poor.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 3:00

True, Loner. Why is it for your type when the redistribution is upward, it is "job-creating" and "free market" goodness, but when it is downward, it is a "Marxist redistribution of my hard earned-completely-on-my-own-without-help-from-anyone" wealth?

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 3:01

Sorry, Loner. I didn't mean YOUR type. But you know whose type....

By: Loner on 9/20/12 at 3:13

I blame the right-wing media, think tanks, special interests and blogosphere for putting the spin on the facts, Bn.....they have their wordsmiths and professional zealots and so does the left.

One man's trash is another man's treasure...one man's pain is another man's pleasure...it's all in the frame of reference.....diversity is good....or so they say...but polarization can't be good....that's what we now have on many of the issues.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 9/20/12 at 3:18

Good point, Lone One.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 3:32

A little late but click.

By: dargent7 on 9/20/12 at 3:40

Just wait for the debates. No one in the room is smarter than Obama.
He'll wax that hoe.
Now Romney is saying he supports, "100% of Americans", since his 47% didn't play well.
I guess lying with a straight face and your eyes wide open is a Mormon principle.
Hope he has plenty of starch in his Magic Underware or is that bulge in his shorts just because he's so happy to see Barack?

By: yogiman on 9/20/12 at 3:41

Don't you know you have to click that switch when you're turning it on or off? It doesn't work just one way. So when you keep clicking it, will it be going on or off?

Maye you should just unscrew the bulb. Most dumba$$es can do that.

By: bfra on 9/20/12 at 3:45

By: Captain Nemo on 9/20/12 at 3:46

I will bet that Romney is 100% for the 1%.
