Do you think Gov. Bill Haslam is the right man to be Mitt Romney's point man in Tennessee? Also, building up to the March 6 Super Tuesday primaries, how do you see the field shaping up in this state?
Yawn. Too bad that, by the time the primary gets to TN, we are fairly worn out by it. But, okay, is Haslam the right man for Romney. Yes, probably (how's that for insightful). And how is the field shaping up? Well, Gingrich is fairly round. Romney and Santorum are slim. And Paul? Well, he still has a pointed head.
Hard pressed to find anyone who cares-except the media. All the southern states are going to be wins in November for the GOP regardless of who the candidate is. The Obama reelection team has even succeeded Florida and Texas as not winnable states.
How do they plan to get to 270 without them? Check out the reelection website for the master plan. They have now formed 'teamtruth' to combat misconceptions coming from the GOP front. Quite funny if you think about it.
It';s no secret that Jim Messina, with a billion to spend, is not going down without a nasty fight to the very finish
Actually it's somewhat interesting trying to figure their angle on this will be as summer winds down . Since the phoney 'Town Hall' meeting format-that was huge in the first election-has been discovered as being just what it is-an act-then what else.
I have heard that 'marches' similar to the sixties might be used.
