Up for Debate: Judge halts Occupy arrests

Monday, October 31, 2011 at 10:59pm

As a federal judge Monday granted a temporary restraining order stopping the more than 50 arrests of Occupy Nashville protesters on Legislative Plaza, is it surprising to learn the state offered no opposition the motion in court?

They gave their people everything the OWS protesters are asking for, govskeptic. It turns out that when you punish production you get less of it and when you reward sloth you get more of it. Greece has tipped over the edge just a little ahead of the rest of the world.

Really, Nemo? Nazis supported the TEA Party ?

ANP Report for October 16, 2011
Racial Comrades: I am going to address the issue of this "Occupy Wall Street" fervor that has been sweeping the land like a breath of cleansing air!

THE NATIVES ARE GETTING RESTLESS, AND ZOG FEARS IT MIGHT HAVE A POPULAR UPRISING ON ITS HANDS - finally!

This issue is TAYLOR MADE for National Socialists, as well as WN who are serious about DOING SOMETHING - MORE - than shouting "racial slurs" and acting like "poster boys of hate" loons.

After all - JUST WHO - are the WALL STREET BANKERS? The vast majority are JEWS - and the others are SPIRITUAL JEW materialists, who would sell their own mother's gold teeth for a PROFIT. And MORE and MORE people are AWARE of this truth, are not only NOT afraid to TALK ABOUT IT - they're shouting it on WALL STREET!

I urgently URGE all of you to TAKE PART and JOIN IN when these protests hit your neck of the woods. Produce some flyers EXPLAINING the "JEW BANKER" influence - DON'T wear anything marking you as an "evil racist" - and GET OUT THERE and SPREAD the WORD! Put as a "contact point" on your literature, our www.ANP14.com address - it won't immediately "scare off" some of these scaredy-cats for even looking at our FACTS - for FACTS they ARE!

Nazi Uniforms to Be Worn By Tea Party Crashers
Tuesday, April 13, 2010 | Kristinn

Posted on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 4:13:40 PM by kristinn

Jason Levin, the originator of the Crash The Tea Party effort to sabotage the Tea Party protests this week, told Talking Points Memo that some his group's members may wear Nazi uniforms at the protests.:

He emphasized that his group is non-violent, and not interested in "perpetuating racism, homophobia or misogyny." Levin said that "members are free to do as they wish," but if violence breaks out at a tea party rally on Thursday, or more epithets like the ones thrown around during the health care debate are heard, it won't be because of his group.

He explained the distinction to me this way: If you see someone wearing a Nazi uniform at a tea party, it could be one of his members. If you see some one wearing a Nazi uniform throwing a rock, it's definitely not one of his members.

Nemo, your second post doesn't mean what you think it means. ;)

Progressives and Democrats have always supported the Left and the teachings of Marx. Nothing's changed. They hate now because of class, not race. They hate the rich; they hate anyone they perceive as having 'better class' than they have. I've seen Owwies calling for guillotines on Times Square.

It means exactly what it means. Anyone can crash a demonstration and start disorder.

How do you know they were OWS?

Seriously, you just don't get it.... but then again, I suspect you don't want to. It's not to your personal advantage. As I've said before.... those who say that "people who claim life isn't fair should just get over it because nothing in life is fair" are often the people who directly benefit from life's unfairness.

Anyone else notice Herman Cain sounds more ridiculous and a liar at every news conference he gives?
Anyone else believe he just said an employee was, "the same height as my wife"?
Bet he said, "on her knees".
Sad that an indiscretion 12 years ago can bring a nominee down, but that's America folks.
And what's with Perry's drunken speech?
He's on "back pain killers" my ass.
Jerry Lewis, maybe. Not this fool.

As Jon Stewart put it..... either Perry was hammered during that speech and the rest of the time we've seen him speak, he was sober ....or...... he was sober during that speech and the rest of the time we've seen him speak, he was hammered.

It's not Cains "sexual" indiscretions that will bring him down, it's going to be his Federal campaign finance indiscretions that will do it..... unless Mark Block throws himself under the bus.... either way Cain is tainted.

By: bfra on 11/1/11 at 12:12

A friend attended a fund raiser for Perry, here in Nashville, and from what he observed, Perry was probably hammered.

I have d7. I don’t know if it is true or not, but the more he talks and the more the story changes the more he sounds guilty.

This episode going on all over the nation makes me wonder what Barry meant when to told Joe the Plumper about his socialist attitude of robbing Peter to pay Paul. Isn't three years kind of convenient for the Obama lovers to kick this episode off?

By: serr8d on 11/1/11 at 12:16

Oh, come on! Cain is far from out; this Democrat #OccupyPolitico dirty trick will garner him more support than ever.

You act like he let a woman drown in three feet of water; something that should definitely keep a politician from ever holding elective office again!

Wait..

Uhhh, Cain actually referenced the politico article as a defense for his current position. You can't have it both ways...... well, at least not in the real world.

Herman Cain-

By: Loner on 11/1/11 at 12:20

Good afternoon, Nashville.

First, a Metro Night Court Judge found the arrests and the new curfew to be illegal; now a Federal judge agrees with that local assessment. Haslam did not expect any resistance to his imperial edicts; therefore he was caught flat-footed and confused. He feels threatened.

One can safely bet that Gov. Bill "Cornholio" Haslam is working hard to find another way to get at the "dirty hippies" who are exercising their constitutional rights in Nashville. Probably on the phone to TP headquarters (the Koch Brothers) right now....looking for advice on how to screw these problematic protesters.

By: Captain Nemo on 11/1/11 at 12:23

Hello Loner! Glad you're joining in on this.

By: Loner on 11/1/11 at 12:32

As for Cain, the man has serious memory issues and he has difficulty with the English language...Cain maintains that there were no "settlements" with his accusers...an "agreement" perhaps, but no "settlement". Uh, do we need another A-hole in the WH who bends and tweaks the language, in order to lie with a straight face?

Cain claims that his general counsel handled all the details of the two harassment cases and that the "agreements" were so inconsequential that he was never advised as to how it all turned out. Right.

Cain feels that this was nothing to get upset about...what's a little sexual innuendo around the office? No biggie, just some ho's trying to shake the great man down for cash...no more to it than that...filthy ho's, filthy, filthy ho's... trying to bring an uppity black man down...Clarence Thomas style.

Cain has played the race card 2 or 3 times already; that's his Modus Operandi - he lies until caught in his lies, then he plays the race card. A real scumbag.

New topic:

The US has pulled aid to UNESCO, because the UN agency recognized Palestine as a state. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and the Israeli agents in the US Congress are insuring that Israel's national interests are attended to, at the expense of US interests.

As more UN agencies recognize Palestine as a state, the US will cut off their funding when they do so. If the UNGA recognizes Palestine, then the US will halt all aid to the UN itself. Again, this goes contrary to US interests; but those generous Israel lobby bribes to US lawmakers will insure that we continue to damage our good image on the world stage.

Obama could over-ride the UN boycott, but he would be lynched if he did...he's dancing to Jewish folk music these days...tappin' and grinnin'....Mister Steppin Fetchit....dancing his @ss off in hopes of being re-elected...it's Obama's central obsession these days....git a rope!

I just love this-

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true."

Bill Clinton-

By: Loner on 11/1/11 at 1:15

Cain is channeling Bill Clinton? A "settlement" is not an "agreement"...good luck with that one, Mr.Pie-man....the same folks who rejected Clinton's explanation will embrace Cain's flimsy excuses...it's all in the mindset.

I'll check on that, Serr, my Livejournal site is not well-maintained, I must admit that...I spend too much time on other people's boards.

I left a reasoned, patriotic rant on this site at 12:39 AM Nov 1st, 2011:

Unintended consequences of the Owwies...

FINANCIAL DISTRICT — Twenty-one restaurant workers lost their jobs last week because of the Occupy Wall Street protests, the cafe owner said Tuesday.

Marc Epstein, owner of the Milk Street Cafe at 40 Wall St., said he had no choice but to let nearly a quarter of his staff go last Friday after he saw his sales drop by 30 percent in the six weeks since the protests started.

"What are [the protesters] trying to accomplish here?" Epstein asked Monday.

"The end result is that I and all the wonderful people who work for me are collateral damage."

"Now, Wall Street is deserted," Epstein said. "The only people who walk down Wall Street are people who have to walk down Wall Street. It's transformed from a beautiful pedestrian mall to a police siege."

Ben - I realize they apparently broadcast Fox News from inside your rectum, but please take your head outta there long enough to I dunno, do something like go talk to one of them to see what it is they want.

I'm not sure where you get this BS about a bunch of whiny kids who don't wanna pay pay their loans other than serr & fox news...

Palin isn't the anti-christ...but do you REALLY want a woman whose foreign policy consists of being able to see Russia from her house w/ her finger on the button??? Anytime an entire SNL skit can be made on her and not a word be changed...its friggin stupid. That woman has about as much business trying to run this country as I do trying to give birth (being a man and all). Not to mention, she's just another crony waiting to/has been bought out by the greedy mega corporations.

The principle remains...if we can take the politicians out of the special interests pocket books, they then have to answer to us, the people, and all that magic hope and change occurs and we then have a govt by the people and for the people, not the best corruption money can buy.

One would think a tea bagger like yourself could appreciate that principle, but in true right wing fascism if it isn't exactly the way you see it, it's your enemy.

When fascism comes to America - it will come wrapped in a flag and holding a bible

PALIN: We have trade missions back and forth. We-- we do-- it's very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where-- where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border. It is-- from Alaska that we send those out to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to-- to our state.

What the air head does not realize, is that going through Alaska is not the shortest way to DC. Actually it is the long route to the US. Over the polar ice cap is closer.

Odd, how most Jews never use the word "God", they hyphenate it as "G-d", out of respect. But the Jewish wannabes - the Christians - have no qualms about pasting that 3-letter word on everything from license plates to currency....Oy!

Devout Jews cringe, when they read about Christians doing silly things like this; but they dare not say anything, for fear of pissing off their main benefactors.

Ben, Mrs. Palin did not write that piece, it contained several words with 3 or more syllables...some "egghead" ghost-writer wrote that piece for the good-looking mental midget, just like they wrote her books etc.....you didn't actually believe that she wrote that, did you?
