Up for Debate: Last straw for NFL's replacements?

Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 1:56am

Do you think the replacement refs blown call at the end of the Seattle-Green Bay game Monday forces the NFL to settle the officials lookout? If so, how soon do you think the regular refs will take the field? Or do you think the NFL will circle the wagons and hold firm on its position? How frustrated, if at all, are you by the situation?

I've just read an article about Barry's eligibility. If interested in his legal eligibility you'll find it at:
www.wnd.com/2012/09/obama-eligibility-odds-1-in-62-5-quintillion/

It's good to know you've pushed your "don't read" button, dumba$$. because I doubt if you have enough intelligence to understand the issue.

Bfra.........I would hate to eat any Halibut that sells for $14.75 per lib. Have you really and truly ever been to Maine? Do you actually think you could afford the shipping cost from Maine.

My Halibut was bought at Publix in Palm Beach,Florida and it came from Alaska.

Now, that may have been higher than your Halibut. You have to remember that at this stage of my life it is all about Convenience, Beauty, and Goodness. I don't eat frozen Halibut and I don't care whether gas is $12.00 per gallon or whether frest halibut from Alaska is $40,00 per lb.

It has not always been that way for me, but this is the harvest time of my life. My philosophy of life has been I came, I saw, I achieved, I worshiped my own existence.

I will leave this earth the same way every other human has left this earth. The only trail of my existence will be a huge granite monument that simply says. "There were those of my generation who lived their entire lives in Camelot." I was fortunate to be one of them."

Take your $14.75 cent Halibut and be happy you have it. I for one do not care whether you live in a tent or live in a housing project or just down the street from me. What we have here is a "failure to communicate"

I know the reason and you know the reason. (Then again I may be giving you too much credit)

remember that life for me is about convenience, beauty and above all "goodness" At this stage of life I could care less whether gas is $18.00 per gallon or Halibut is $40.00 per lib. I want what I want and am willing to pay the tab.

Not always like that in my life, but at this stage that is what is all about.

Life is from my perspective I came, I saw, I achieved, I worshiped my own reason for being, I will leave this earth just like every other person who has ever been. The only difference is I will leave a huge granite monument with the words. " There were those of my generation who lived their entire lives in Camelot." " I was fortunate to be one of them."

Raspy & his bru ha ha! I can guarantee the halibut I get is just as fresh as any you can afford. Your Camelot must have a lot of traffic overhead & has screwed your thought process. I personally prefer the lobster & oysters. I have found the best lobster, either in Maine or Miami.

By: bfra on 9/26/12 at 10:29

BTW Raspy that what is per lib?

By: bfra on 9/26/12 at 10:39

Raspy - Another BTW, your original post, you got it at Fresh Foods, now it's Publix, are you sure you even bought any halibut?

By: yogiman on 9/26/12 at 10:43

Rasputin72,

It looks like you have a "party" of jealous wishers on this site. They envy you so much it's hurting them and they have to try to compare themselves with you to wish they had equal wealth with you.

Look at how they're trying to "prove" themselves more intelligent than you even though they're actually proving their arrogant ignorance.

"I can't understand how and why the owners are digging in their heels on this...the refs make a small fraction of the money that is being shelled out in this game....the average NFL player must make considerably more money than any NFL Official earns."

I agree, it's ridiculous! The last money value that I heard placed upon this squabble was about an additional $4,000.00 per game. Hell, most of these owner come to the games with that amount of money in their pockets! And when you consider that NFL refs make less than refs in all the other pro sports... well it just makes it seem all the more stupid.

Bud, the schmuck adds her 2 cents, & probably wouldn't know a halibut from a chicken leg.

Angry little white persosn.

And you don't even know where Maine is.

bfra the schmuck adds it's 2 cents.

Sorry, brfa,

It looks like Rasputin72 makes more errors than you so it's okay for you to "correct" him. Just read your 11:39 post. No errors? Why all of the commas in your sentence? Your wording 'ain't the best' I've seen.

Yogi: I know you're not a quick study but try to keep up.
Romney's dad AND grandad were born in Mexico.
How's that make them "natural born citizens" and thus Mittens a "natural born citizen"?
It doesn't.
All that matters is Mittens was born in Detroit, Harper Hospital.
It doesn't matter if he was born in a cab ride to any hospital, his daddy was in Mexico, he was born by a mid-wife, Indians held a peace-pipe rally, his parents divorced before he was born.
He came out of his mother's womb on American soil.
Obama came out of his mother's womb in Honolulu, Hawai'i.
His daddy was long gone, in Kenya, Missouri, or Kansas.
The "father part" has NO bearing on a person's eligibility to become President.
Get over yourself and start looking in your curb-side re-cycler bins for more human heads. You can find one and have a meaningful conversation.

dargent7,

I understand you have such a weak mind because you keep making such accusations without knowing what you're saying.

Let me explain it to you one more time: His grandfather MOVED to Mexico as his choice. He, and his wives, retained their American citizenship. He was not born in Mexico. Mitt Romney's father was born in Mexico to American parents. Mitt's parents were both US citizens. He is a natural born citizen (may I remind you, only your parents have to be American citizens to be a natural born citizen. Not all of your ancestors). Were that the case, no one in the USA would be a natural born citizen because all of our ancestors came from foreign nations.

Only your parents American citizenship is needed to make you a natural born citizen.

Not, let's consider Barack Obama. First, you don't know where he was born because he refuses to show his birth identity. He has claimed to have been born in Kenya and Hawaii. If he was born in Hawaii instead of Kenya as he claimed, both of his parents were not American citizens. Thus, he could not be a natural born citizen. His father was a British subject. He could not be a natural born citizen.

Your argument; "The father part" has no bearing on a person's eligibility to become President. You better go back to school, dargent7. You get your name and heritage from you father, not your mother. You better learn your ignorance fast unless you want Obama as your master..

Did you mean everybody face, or everybody's face? Shouldn't you end your commenting sentence with a period and start your new sentence with a capital "T"?

Yogi apparatus:
Romney's dad AND grandad were both born in Mexico. His great-grandad fled ( 3rd prior generation) to Mexico so he could keep his 4 wives.
As an aside, I think 1 wife is one too many, but that's just me.
So, use your brain....two generations of Romneys born in Mexico cannot make them all "natural born citizens".
Mittens was born in Detroit, so he's eligible to be President. Doesn't matter where or how his father was born, or grandfather, or great grandfather. Just HIM. Get it?
Just let it go.
He's going to lose anyway, Obama is going to win for sure, so let it go.
We have to listen to this shit for 4 more years when Obama's re-elected?
You should make a tape and send it to GitMo.
Forget waterboarding. That's old school.

President Obama is over the magic 50 percent mark and tops former Massachusetts Governor Romney among likely voters by 9 to 12 percentage points in Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania, according to the Quinnipiac University/ CBS News/New York Times Swing State Poll.

The poll says Mr.Obama leads Mr. Romney 53-43 percent in Ohio.
