Up for Debate: SCOTUS rules on eavesdropping

In a ruling Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a law that protected communications companies working with the government in wiretapping operations from lawsuits. The law had been criticized by civil libertarians for giving too much power to the government. Do you agree with the court's action? Do you think there will come a time when the practice is either accepted or rolled back?

I think it was about five years ago that I drove around Cordell Hull taking pictures of the leaves. There is a dock where I took some pictures of people fishing with the lake and a beautiful tree painted in its fall glory.
I should take the time and do that this year.
Celine TN is another could place to get great pictures or just look. If you decide to go to Smithville be sure to get off I-40 at the Watertown exit. A nice drive and good view.
