Otherwise, who told you?

You. You have conceded on this very forum in the past that he was born in Honolulu.

Of course since the narrative has changed, you backtrack...predictable. That's what losers do.

Your amazing gd. That is all =)

By: Blanketnazi2 on 8/30/12 at 12:07

yogi can't help but lie. That's what Republicans do.

It was, by any reasonable standards, a staggering, staggering lie. Here’s Paul Ryan about Barack Obama:

He created a bipartisan debt commission. They came back with an urgent report. He thanked them, sent them on their way, and then did exactly nothing.

“They.” “Them.” “Them.” Those words are lies. Because Paul Ryan was on that commission. “Came back with an urgent report.” That is a lie. The commission never made any recommendations for Barack Obama to support or oppose. Why not? Because the commission voted down its own recommendations. Why? Because Paul Ryan, a member of the commission, voted it down and successfully convinced the other House Republicans on the commission to vote it down.

That wasn’t the only bit of mendacity – lazy mendacity, incredibly lazy mendacity – in Ryan’s speech. Twitter lit up as soon as he started telling the story of the Janesville auto plant that Barack Obama didn’t save – a plant that, it turns out, closed before Obama was president. And of course there’s the infamous cuts to Medicare that Ryan lambasted Obama for without happening to mention that those very same cuts were in Paul Ryan’s own budget. Yes: absolutely everything in Obamacare is an abomination, says Paul Ryan, except for (as he forgets to mention) the cuts to Medicare that he supports – and yet he still singles that part out to use as an attack.

Darge7: Your on going knowledge of the Romney family is just amazing.
From the income that's been earned, to the taxes paid, the sex
habits of all the family members, number of bath rooms in each
house owned, College grades of all etc. etc. I'm wondering
have you been the butler at one time for this family?

By: gdiafante on 8/30/12 at 12:30

I think he once asked Mitt if he had any Grey Poupon, gov.

By: yogiman on 8/30/12 at 12:51

I beg your pardon, gdiafanti. I have never conceded Barry was born in Hawaii. I don't know know where he was born, do you? Didn't think so. I have only offered the possibility.

Why should I call him a liar when I see him in an interview saying he was born in Kenya? Also, why should I call him a liar when he thanks John McCann for not mentioning his Muslim faith?

I probably know more about him than you do because I seem to be more interested in who is sitting in the Oval Office our nation than you and your co-posters on this site and digging data out.

And I'll repeat: It's hard to understand how intelligent people will vote for someone when they don't even know his name. What would you call them; a bunch of damn fools or just plain damned idiots? Which one are you?

With your frame of mind, gdiafante, I feel sorry for your children. If Barry Soetoro continues his usurpation of that office your children and all others their age won't like the nation they'll have.

By: gdiafante on 8/30/12 at 12:56

Sure you have yogi. Because that's when you changed your argument from he wasn't born on American soil to even if he was born in Hawaii, he lost his citizenship when he went to Indonesia.

When that was debunked, you switched back.

Oh the tangled web we weave...

By: slacker on 8/30/12 at 12:57

Mittens did recently hire a new elevator operator.

By: yogiman on 8/30/12 at 12:58

Sorry Blanketnazi2,

But you seen to be a professional liar. Where did you get the knowledge I'm a Republican? How long have you known that? When did I change from Dumbolcrapper like you to Republican?

By: gdiafante on 8/30/12 at 1:01

probably know more about him than you do because I seem to be more interested in who is sitting in the Oval Office our nation than you and your co-posters on this site and digging data out.

No, you think you do because that's what people who have obsessions do...don't confuse obsession with knowledge.

Personally, I think that when no one's home, you like to fantasize about him, maybe he's your best friend, or you go fishing together, probably even pet livestock together...maybe even enter into a pervert marriage...who knows.

I think you resemble a fruitcake I got last Christmas.

yogi.. time for your lithium. Mix it in with your metamucil, and go sit on the toilet.

By: bfra on 8/30/12 at 1:05

yogi must really like the taste of toe nail fungus since he keeps his foot in his mouth 24/7!

By: Blanketnazi2 on 8/30/12 at 1:11

yogi, let's see how many more times you say "usurp" or some form of that word between now and the end of the day on Friday! I bet I could make a yogi-isms Bingo game and play along - wouldn't that be fun!

By: gdiafante on 8/30/12 at 1:16

A drinking game...no, my liver probably couldn't take it.

By: dargent7 on 8/30/12 at 1:26

GovS: For the record:
I was born in Detroit. Right next to where Mittens and Lovey were born. That gives me a leg up, don't you think? Lived there for 30 years...wasn't just passin' thru.
We knew the Romney's. We knew daddy who was gov. of Michigan.
We knew what American Motors was, where it was, and the crap they built.
I knew Cranbrook where Mittens went to H. S.
I know Bloomfield Hills, and Birmingham, in Michigan.
I do not know Belle Meade where Al Gore lives. You fools just hate him for telling "inconvient truths". You'd rather listen to Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, et al. blow smoke up your ass thinking you've got the real picture/ reality according to their lies... Not Al Gore's truths.
I lived 4 blocks from Obama's grandmother on O'ahu, went to Punahou health club next to Obama's H.S. and know the area.
I know the Hawaiian people.
You southerners bask in stupidity and ass-backwardness.
If something forces you to think outside the box, you recoil in fear, grab another gun and a Bible for back-up, run and hide. Then spout Christian principles you don't adhere to.
Obama scares you because he's as smart as it gets.
Intelligence is a throw-away in the south. You value tractor pulls and chewing tobacco. Live with it. Hopefully, another 4 years.

By: yogiman on 8/30/12 at 1:26

You need to go back to school, gdiafante. Maybe you could learn to read a little better. I have only offered the possibilities, not know facts because he has said he was born ion Kenya and Hawaii. So where was he born?

He said he was born in one hospital but his sister said he was born in another. Which one was lying?

And by the way, Blanketnazi2, I'll use the word usurp when appropriate. You should learn its meaning.

Just wondering: What do you know about the man going by the name Barack Obama? What are you using for his identity? Don't you care if the man with his hand on that red button is an American or not.

And just wondering... again, what if it becomes proven he isn't an American citizen? I'll repeat a question: When did he repatriate his citizenship to American, or was he ever an American citizen?

As I said before, if he was born in Kenya as his grandmother and he have said, his mother could not pass her American citizenship down to him because of her age.

Get ready for the game, children.

The only game there will be to play is yogi-isms bingo!

By: dargent7 on 8/30/12 at 1:34

Romney fled to France during the Vietnam war's draft to do missionary work for a cult religion.
Obama went to Indonesia to see relatives and study. Romney was 22, Obama was 10.
Birther freaks call one a "nobel cause" and the other, "he renounced his citizenship".
So, when Americans travel abroad, they renounce their citizenship?
Both changed their first name, one took his back, and "Mitt" is genuine and Barry wasn't?
One father was born in Mexico, the other was born in Kenya. One foreign country supercedes the other in "foreighness"?
The double-standard (pathology) is endless.
Why don't the Birther's just come right out and say it, "Because Romney's WHITE! goddamn it!"

By: Captain Nemo on 8/30/12 at 1:35

I am going to make a stop at Hess tomorrow yogi. I'll let you know what time so you can come and see. I want to see if you can spot me in a crowed like you have bragged you could.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 8/30/12 at 1:37

This quote made me think of yogi....

"There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to accept what is true."

Uh oh. He's screwed.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 8/30/12 at 2:32

Poor rancher was killed by a fat ass. Donkey punched. That ass was probably a democrat too.

The donkey will get off on temporary assanity.

By: yogiman on 8/30/12 at 2:55

Even Fox News admits that Ryan was lying!

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/08/30/paul-ryans-speech-in-three-words/

By: Blanketnazi2 on 8/30/12 at 3:01

"On the other hand, to anyone paying the slightest bit of attention to facts, Ryan’s speech was an apparent attempt to set the world record for the greatest number of blatant lies and misrepresentations slipped into a single political speech. On this measure, while it was Romney who ran the Olympics, Ryan earned the gold.

The good news is that the Romney-Ryan campaign has likely created dozens of new jobs among the legions of additional fact checkers that media outlets are rushing to hire to sift through the mountain of cow dung that flowed from Ryan’s mouth. Said fact checkers have already condemned certain arguments that Ryan still irresponsibly repeated."

Just wondering gdiafante,

Being a Marine vet, what do you think of the form letter Obama sent to the parents of the Navy Seals that did in the 'chopper crash signed by a electric pen?

By: slacker on 8/30/12 at 3:19

I'll have to record Clint's ''you feel lucky punk'' speech, college football starts tonight.
I'm tuning out and turning on football, the political bickering is to much for a gentle soul like me.

By: yogiman on 8/30/12 at 3:19

How do you know what hee-haw means, slacker? Do you understand what it's like as a jackass?

White House Disputes Charge President Uses “Auto-pen” for Letters to Lost Soldiers’ Grieving Families

http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2012/08/white-house-disputes-charge-president-uses-auto-pen-for-letters-to-lost-soldiers-grieving-families/

The Chinook crash killed 30 Americans and eight Afghans, representing the deadliest single incident in the war. Later than month, President Obama and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta traveled to Dover and attended the dignified transfer ceremony.

The White House did not dispute that the letters were form letters, but that would appear to not be unique to this president. A 2003 Newsweek story reported that the sympathy letters grieving families had received from President George W. Bush were “form letters. With the exception of the salutation and a reference to the fallen soldier in the text, the letters the families shared with me are all the same.”
