Are you willing to pay more taxes? House bill HR 4646 is a proposed new taxation that will give the government 1 percent of each transaction you make with your money. Do you want it? Can you afford it?
Consider that on any move you make of your money, you will be charged a 1 percent tax. Using your credit card? A 1 percent tax on the transaction. Transferring money from your checking account into your saving account? A 1 percent tax. Transferring your money from your savings account into your checking account? A 1 percent tax. Is your social security check being directly deposited? A 1 percent tax automatically deducted. Writing checks on your social security deposits? A 1 percent tax.
Let’s say you make a $5,000 deposit. You will pay $50 to make that deposit. OK, you decided to move that money into your savings account. You will pay $50 to make that transfer. Now, a couple of weeks later you need to place that money back into your checking account. Another $50 charged. Does that $150 read 1 percent? Not in my dictionary.
Now, consider the use of writing a check on this money to pay a credit card bill. Yep, 1 percent more out of that account.
Now consider, is it only going to remain at 1 percent? Don’t count on it. This proposal is being placed by a man (Rep. Chakah Fattah, D-Penn.) who said if you did not make a minimum of $250,000 you would not be taxed. What has the lower minimum wage become already?

How about reading the second sentence of my LTE. It simply states HB is a PROPOSED NEW TAXATION. How do you interpret that? Actually endorsed?

When I, or anyone else, post a LTE, it is the editor's responsibility to decide if they want to post it or not (that is what the word 'edit' is. Edit it.) It you are posting LTEs and you don't like how they publish them, to simply solve that problem, don't send them any more!

I'll make a deal. If you, or anyone else, can get Obama to show his legitimate birth certificate proving he is sitting in the highest office in our nation legally, I will post no other question about his status. As a matter of fact, I would say; Welcome to the club, Sir.

We've tried several ways to ask politely that we just not bring the subject up unless there is some new revelation. It continued and others asked impolitely for the same thing.
I've heard about Nakin or someone like that, I wish them the best and if that can do anything to disprove Obama's citizenship then it will be grand. I suppose Joe Biden will take over and make a genius remark like "Hey now! This really is a big F'n deal!!! I get a big white house to live in!".

I don't remember the bill making any comment about stock trading. Basically, all it said was about using credit cards and writing checks. Presuming a transfer from one account in a bank into another account would cost you automatically, I would presume transferring stocks would be pretty much the same. Time will tell.

Tell me: why have I seen Michelle Obama make the statement twice about them going to Africa to Barack's homeland of Kenya? She isn't dumb. It makes me think she is making that statement to influence us to slowly accept him as a legally qualified person to hold that office, knowing he isn't. Why did I hear the Kenyan Ambassador make the statement they were turning his old home into a monument? Why did I hear his paternal grandmother say she was in the room with his mother when he was born... and has never been out of Kenya? Why did I hear the Saudi Arabia Ambassador make the statement about Obama talking to him about his Muslim religion? why did I her him tell George Stephanopolus? about his religion as Muslim? George quickly corrected him.
