Urban war zones require us to send in the troops

Now that the Iraqi people have been delivered from Saddam Hussein, can the troops come home and help the oppressed people on the South Side of Chicago?

Obviously, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, the Urban League, Rainbow/PUSH, the American Civil Liberties Union and other civil rights groups haven't been able to deliver these men, women and children from the evil here at home.

And in this war, the police are at a disadvantage. While U.S. troops can storm into a foreign land and beat down ragged soldiers with massive air strikes, police officers are expected to patrol U.S. urban war zones
