Def Leppard’s much-anticipated show Monday night at the Sommet Center with Cheap Trick and Poison has been cancelled, according to the band’s Web site.
The group’s concerts in Nashville on Monday and Birmingham on Tuesday have been postponed “due to the circumstances surrounding a band member’s bereavement,” said a statement on defleppard.com.
No other details are expected to be released.
Ticketholders are asked to hold their tickets pending further details of the concert’s rescheduling.
"We were looking forward to returning to Nashville and Birmingham," said the band in a joint statement on defleppard.com. "So we're going to do all that we can to get back there soon."
