I have a list. It's a list of shows I have seen and/or worked on that were either such stinkers or so difficult in production I would never consider producing or directing them. Annie made it to the top of that list early on.

Its unlikely premise of a precocious orphan making everyone feel so good about the future that the president creates a social reform program around her optimism was just too much.
