This week begins with the final installment of what has become the most critically lampooned television show in recent memory. The only people who like Fear Factor are the same folks who enjoy Survivor, Temptation Island, and Big Brother; large chunks of the audience. This last episode in the summer batch promises to top the previous programs, and host Joe Rogan has been warning viewers in advance that the show contains some amazing (his words) scenes. Since Fear Factor has been a huge hit, it is already slated to return early next year. Those desiring information rather than hideousness might prefer Next: The Future Just Happened .
