Joshua Scott Jones and Meghan Linsey are Steel Magnolia

Race fans at Nashville Superspeedway on April 3 will have a good reason to remain on their feet following the conclusion of 300 miles of NASCAR Nationwide Series action — Steel Magnolia is doing a post-race concert.

The Big Machine Records recording artist will perform on the front stretch as part of the Dillon Transportation Concert Series immediately following the race. Green flag is set for 3 p.m.

The concert is free to all NASCAR Nationwide Series race ticket holders.

As the Season 2 winners of CMT’s Can You Duet?, Steel Magnolia [Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones] captured America's hearts with their dynamic harmony and music that is one part country and two parts southern soul.

The duo’s top-15 hit, “Keep On Lovin’ You,” is the lead single from the Valentine’s Day Original Motion Picture Soundtrack and is the highest-charting debut single from a country duo in over three years.

Steel Magnolia are multiple 2010 Academy of Country Music Award nominees [for overall Top Vocal Duo of the Year and Top New Vocal Duo] and have been featured nationally on Lopez Tonight, the The Early Show on CBS and Better TV. The duo's self-titled debut EP is currently available on iTunes.

Tickets are now on sale for all 2010 NASCAR events at Nashville Superspeedway. For more information, or to purchase race tickets, call 1-866-RACE-TIX or visit NashvilleSuperspeedway.com

I can not really say much on how I feel on Steel Magnolia, because I can't put it into words. They are sooo good about what they do, and they are not surprising me at all as to their achievements. They have achieved sooooo much in such a short amount of time and though it's true that in the music business, it's WHO you know and not WHAT you know, Steel Magnolia Definately has the talents and all they needed was that chance to get where they are and where they are going. The ball was thrown in their court and now they are running with it!! As the song goes by Neil young..."Long may you run!" Josh and Megan..I REALLY am VERY proud of you two!! Peter O said that!!!!
