Britt nominated for Rookie of the Week

Titans rookie receiver Kenny Britt is one of five rookies nominated for the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week honors.

Britt had four catches for 85 yards, including a 57-yard reception in the Titans’ 13-10 overtime loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He gave a spark to a struggling offense.

Other rookies nominated for the award include Minnesota Vikings receiver Percy Harvin, Oakland Raiders receiver Louis Murphy, Baltimore offensive tackle Michael Oher and New York Jets rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez.
