Former Tennessee Titans practice squad quarterback and Montgomery Bell Academy star Ingle Martin has signed with the New York Sentinels of the new United Football League.

Martin had spent time in training camp this season with both the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos, but was let go by Denver in final cuts.

Martin spent parts of two seasons on Tennessee’s practice squad and was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs to their active roster last year.

Martin was originally selected by the Green Bay Packers in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL Draft.

The UFL season is scheduled to begin next week.

Good for him, and good luck to him. He seems like a pretty good guy, and he certainly keeps working hard toward the dream.
