Rookie running back Chris Henry will drop his appeal of his four-game suspension and begin serving it right away, his agent Josh Luchs confirmed Wednesday.
Henry had been scheduled for a hearing on Monday, but will now begin serving the suspension for taking a banned supplement under the league’s steroids policy.
“It’s best that he go ahead and serve it now, so he can come back for the final couple of games of the regular season and the playoffs,” Luchs said.
The Titans now have two open roster spots.
Henry will be eligible to return when the Titans play the New York Jets at LP Field on Dec. 23.
