Titans choose Mississippi State DT Johnson in fifth round

The Titans finally addressed the defensive line in the NFL Draft Sunday, snaring Antonio Johnson of Mississippi State in the fifth round.

Johnson, however, is a defensive tackle and the Titans were believed to be more in need of a defensive end along the line.

Still, Johnson has good speed for a man his size (6-3, 210) and will be a project for defensive line coach Jim Washburn to work with.
