The Tennessee Titans opened the second day of the NFL Draft Sunday by selecting North Carolina State offensive lineman Leroy Harris with the first of their fourth-round picks.
Harris, selected 115th overall, played guard and center for the Wolfpack and will compete for a backup spot with the Titans, who have veterans Kevin Mawae, Benji Olson and Jacob Bell as starters.
Davis, the Seminoles' top receiver this past season, will compete for time as the slot receiver and a punt returner.
According to Titans scout Cole Proctor, Davis compares favorably Bobby Wade, who left the Titans as a free agent to join the Minnesota Vikings.
"He's a little bit quicker than Bobby was," Proctor said. "He's very competitive and he's going to bring an energy to this football team."
