Win and in.
It is down to that for the Tennessee Titans, who are now in control of their own playoff destiny after pulling out a 10-6 victory over the New York Jets Sunday at LP Field.
That victory, combined with the Cincinnati Bengals' 19-14 upset victory over the Cleveland Browns, leaves the 9-6 Titans needing only a victory next Sunday at Indianapolis to claim their first playoff berth since 2003.
It wasn't easy, as the Titans took a narrow 7-6 halftime lead, then bolstered it only with Rob Bironas' 46-yard field goal in the third quarter.
The Titans had to weather a late Jets march to their 45-yard line with two minutes to play before Tony Brown's sack of Chad Pennington snuffed out the threat and gave the Titans the victory.
