According to Scout.com, the Tennessee Titans have a pre-draft visit scheduled with University of Southern California wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett, who is projected as a likely mid-first-round pick.
Jarrett, who played for Titans offensive coordinator Norm Chow during part of his tenure at USC, is one of 20 college players the Titans can bring in for pre-draft visits, not including local players, who can be brought in without counting against that limit.
The Titans are in need of wide receiver help after losing Drew Bennett and Bobby Wade, their two top wideouts from a year ago, in free agency. Justin Gage was signed to a one-year deal, but the Titans are still short in terms of numbers at the position.
Jarrett put up prolific stats for the Trojans, catching 55 passes as a freshman, 91 as a sophomore and 70 receptions last season as a junior.
The visit is expected to take place sometime in April.
