Twenty-five celebrities, including former Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher, will take part in the second annual Drive 4 Dinger celebrity golf tournament and casino party take place this weekend.

The casino party is at aVenue on Friday and the golf is at Vanderbilt Legends Club on Saturday. Proceeds benefit the Meals2Heal, which provides healthy meals at no charge to cancer patients.

The events honor former Titans offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger, who died of cancer in 2011, and serve as a fundraiser for the Heimerdinger Foundation, which facilitates information gathering, patient support and resources for families affected by cancer.

“Meals2Heal has a direct impact on the lives of people fighting cancer, and Drive 4 Dinger provides the necessary funding to support this amazing program,” Kathie Heimerdinger said. “Last year’s event raised over $100,000 and we provided over 800 meals for our clients fighting cancer and was a lot of fun. We’re really excited about what this year’s event will bring. Our goal is to make Drive 4 Dinger even bigger and better this year.”
